Very disappointed with this site. I ordered some perfume for my wife for Valentine’s Day, the day before it was due I received an e mail saying they were refunding my money. And that was it. Will not order or recommend any friends to order from this site again. If I could give minus stars I would.

Still awaiting order delivery. Email confirmation by seller to indicate dispatch by courier early February but no tracking # provided. No response to emails. No response from provided contact phone #'s. Account apparently indicates no order history. Bank will be dealing with this issue accordingly after 30 day window.

No item arrived. Been told constantly they won't help me. All they keep saying is blame royal mail. Royal. Mail don't have my money. They do. I have nothing to show for it. Do not expect any customer service or help. All they will do is say royal mail continuously. Worst company I have ever dealt with personally

I was waiting for about 12 days for my order. Finally, it arrived. Poor customer service. They don´t answer the e-mails and don´t send any information if the parcel was dispatched, nor a tracking link. I sent them an e-mail that I wanted to cancel my order, because it was too long waiting for me and nobody answered!!

Sent the wrong perfume, no response to emails requesting for refund/exchange, and phone lines not open. Avoid.

Never delivered the item. They ignore all email correspondence and their phone number on the website is an inactive number. Avoid at all costs. 1 star is 1 too many.

Why don’t you print the bad results and ask the company to answer emails and phone calls regarding taking payment and not delivering the goods

I emailed and asked for a cancellation of my order as I found the product cheaper elsewhere for double the size. I received no reply. When I got the parcel I intended on returning it, but there was no form to fill in to return it. Rubbish service, not shopping here again.

Ordered item, received email saying item posted, waited and waited then got a PayPal item saying a credit for the item would be put back in my bank account so I never received my order.

I'll change my one star review when the company actually answers my return query. No receipt email sent, no invoice in the box. The phone number is useless, it won't connect. Very convenient when the order is wrong and they've got £40 of my money and a product that I won't use. AVOID.

I ordered 3 mini perfumes . When they arrived 2 bottles ok 3rd nearly empty . Didn’t even open the box as you could see it was empty . . Tried phoning . Number not in use .Sent 4 emails last week . Still no reply . Buyers be aware . I only want a replacement . I will not use or recommend this site

Fraud I believe has been committed and yet the company doesn’t seem to want to correct this or validate its integrity. Beware. This company gives poor product in my view and poor service.
