“Speciality teas - Twinings are the Best. The Earl Grey is my total favourite, I won't dirnk anything other. Have tried all brands. Recently re-discovered Chai - the Ultra Spice is the Tops, use hot mik for the authentic flavour.”

“Cannot complain about twinnings tea lots of flavour Really nice. But the delivery, on the other hand wasn't good. The delivery driver took a photo of the box chucked it on the floor and then kicked the box Into the corner. Even though it's got fragile handle with care written all over it That was disappointing”

“I was very happy with my recent parcel from you apart from the only thing I found was that in the Selection Box I ordered, the box of orange truffles had been damaged in transport and I was therefore unable to give the truffles as a birthday gift to my friend, this was little disappointing. I have not made an official complaint.”

“I love Twinings tea and after tasting the salted caramel tea from my neighbour I just had to buy some! I was delighted to find I could order direct from Twinings so added a few other of my favourites to my order which arrived promptly and beautifully packaged.”

“The tea is lovely, well presented and, plenty of choice. It's harder to find good quality tea now and I enjoy trying the different loose leaf teas as I can't find this in my local supermarket”

“I’ve been told by a specialist - ‘no caffeine at all, not even decaf’ I have started having Twinings fruit infusions instead - although still miss tea and coffee! My current favourites are lemon and ginger and Digest which has spearmint and rooibos in it!”

“I bought Russian Caravan tea -my favourite. It was, to my great disappointment, undrinkable. I also bought Darjeeling and Irish Breakfast which were good. Would like to return the Russian Caravan if possible.”
