“The quality of the tea is exceptional and I enjoy the offers which enable us to try new types at a very reasonable price. I would prefer if the postage was proportional as for some smaller boxes it is not as good value.”

“Excellent customer service easy to place order ,despatch and delivery by post office all executed perfectly . This is the first time that l have ordered direct from the company as I normally purchase through a well known superstore and have done for many years however thes past possibly 4/5 years stock has been erratic and not easily available when required . This is the only tea I enjoy apart from specialist loose teas and was about to give up the dea when I found Twinings sold direct thankyou once again I shall know enjoy my cuppa not too strong just right taste and convenient when o my own sometimes and not in company.”

“Absolutely love the Twinings tea but so disappointed in their delivery and service. I live in the Netherlands and ordered on December 25th, 2024. It's March 2025 now and I still haven't received anything. There's no response to the contact form. I doubt I will order again”
