“I have been purchasing Twinings green tea indulgence range online for a number of years,it os almost impossible to buy them in the shops.Whilst i cannot fault the quality of the tea or the efficiency of the online sales process i would question the ambition of the blending and sales teams.Why have you stopped selling lemon drizzle,cherry bakewell and chocolate coconut indulgence teas?Lack of sale i guess but why not try alternatives?Look at Hebden tea and the tea people,i am sure a company the size of Twinings could innovate just as well.”

“Hello, I would like to give you a positive feedback, but unfortunately I have not received my order yet. The package is stopped in customs in Italy since January 16, as I wrote you in an email, you said that it is not your responsibility. It is a fact that I bought the order on January 3rd and to this day I have not received it yet. Perhaps you should think of another more efficient shipping system.”

We're sorry that there were some delays at customs, but we're afraid these are out of our control as we do need to allow the relevant customs authority sufficient time to carry out customs clearance. “My wife and I are avid drinkers of Ovaltine and when I order a dozen or more cartons the delivery is free of charge and arrives very quickly. As I am unable to drive at the moment, following an operation, it is an ideal way for me to purchase our favourite night time drink. Thank you Twinings.”
