“To my wife's taste (I can't stand the stuff) this Earl Grey with vanilla is nowhere near as nice as the Tetley EArl Grey with Vanilla, which appears to have been discontinued”

“I love these tea bags but it was annoying to have to pay the postage for them. I can't fine them in any shops anymore, so I presume you are stopping them, which is a great pity. I will order more, just to try to keep stocked up until you take them away from me. Jenny”

“I bought some Spicy chai tea on black friday; the shipment got into some troubles and finally ended up being lost, probably by italian mail service. I contacted the customer service and Louise was absolutely helpful, kind and very fast in finding a solution, with an other shipment via DHL, which was successfully delivered to my adress a couple of days later. Very good service.”
