“Not directly your fault but your delivery person dumped the package in the front garden (just a couple of yards away from the front door) and we didnt find it for a day or so. Luckily it hadn't rained in that time but we were pretty annoyed.”

“Fantastic company, unfortunately even though parcel was in a box marked fragile the box arrived in a mess. Spoke to support at twinings, who went above and beyond to help me and resolve the issue. Highly recommend.”

“Tea is wonderful but parcel was left outside in the rain and I was not informed that it had been delivered. Outer box was soaked through and some of the tea boxes were damp. Probably won't order online again”

“Twinings is an EXCELLENT company. When I order from them, they send my order right away and I get them within a couple of days. Their shipping costs are the most reasonable I've found. I highly recommend Twinings for all your tea and Monty BVojangles needs. Twinings is the BEST! 5/5 stars! By the way, I collect the Monty Bojangles cat tins, but they are hard to find in the US. I try to order directly from Monty Bojangles, but they don't ship to the US. So, I discovered that Twinings sells the tins and they ship to the US at little cost to me.”
