“This past spring, I had a wonderful vacation with friends in Norway. While visiting, I enjoyed a wonderful Twinings tea that was new to me. When I returned home to the US, I tried to purchase the tea but found it unavailable here. Through the Twinings website, I found my apple, cinnamon & raisin tea and purchased it. I received notice from Twinings when my order was received, shipped, and was to arrive at my home. The tea arrived safely packaged and within two weeks for me to enjoy. The product has earned its wonderful reputation for both its prooduct and its customer service. Thank you.”

“Thanks for swift service sending just the right tea strainer to my friend Ann. Whilst ordering I missed the box to give my address for the bill so it was sent to my friend, and a temporary technical problem meant I couldn't communicate with you. “I still haven't been able to drink the tea, without putting a black bag in as well, it must be my tastebuds that's changed. But I like the flavour with what I'm doing. Been buying the tea local but decided to go back to order direct from yourselves. Never had a problem in the past.”

“Bought as a present so I cannot comment on the tea but my order was dealt with promptly and despatched in secure packaging. The product is nicely packaged and the mugs look very pretty.”
