“The tea is great and the customer service is excellent. But I do not think that I will continue purchasing it due to the high shipping costs. I live in Canada and the option for shipping is now only DHL. They are a good company but in addition to charging a high price for shipping I have to pay an additional brokerage fee to DHL for the processing of their "paperwork" which collected $0.00 in duties. The cost of shipping is now 3x the cost of the Tea. The post office was a more affordable option charging an additional 1.5x on the tea but it was still expensive.”

“Although my order arrived but wasn't what I had ordered. It was soon sorted for me and I am pleased with the teas I have. Just because something went wrong at the beginning will not stop me from ordering again when I get low with my teas .”

“After visiting the flagship Twining store in London this fall and purchasing several teas, I ordered several winter and holidays teas once I returned to the U.S. my order was perfectly filled in a a timely manner, even during the busy holiday shipping time.”

“We've found it increasingly difficult to source green and black tea blend in the various supermarkets we use, so buying direct from you was the solution. It would be a benefit, longterm, if you could encourage Tescos to stock it again.”

“Over several decades I have drunk various versions of tea, but non match the flavour of Twinings. I no longer can pop to the shop to buy my tea. So I am deighted that I can have it delivered to my door. Prompt, excellent customer service.”

“Tea is lovely, happy with it. Although delivered quickly, information wasn't so smooth, app said it had been delivered no sign of it, messaged Twinings (email address on delivery query page didn't work) by the time they came back to me it had finally been delivered, when you're paying for delivery the details should be accurate, I shouldn't be hunting around for information.”
