“I don't know what the contents of the two gift bags were like, as they were a gift. However, if the contents are the same as store bought Twinings tea, then I am sure they are fine!”

“Lovely tea. Ordering was easy. Communications from Twinings about the order and when to expect it was good however the courier Evri were poor. Evri delivery tracking was patchy. In the end Evri didn't notify me they had delivered and just left parcel on the doorstep. I don't have a front forecourt or garden, so the tea was on the street for anyone to take.”

“Lovely tea The boxes that I had delivered when they arrived were soaking wet , luckily the tea bags are sealed in foil bags in side the boxes”
