“5/5 Mr. Rodrigo has an in-depth understanding of the syllabus and chemistry overall and was able to answer all my questions clearly and thoroughly. Mr. Rodrigo’s approach to teaching is really adaptive depending on the type of lesson we are taking, this helped when we had to balance the quantitative and qualitative aspects of chemistry. The sessions were always well planned and not a minute was wasted, we were able to cover a huge chunk of the IB chemistry material under time pressure. Overall with Mr. Rodrigo’s help and guidance I was able to achieve the score I needed in IB Chemistry. I fully recommend Mr. Rodrigo for any Chemistry student who finds the subject challenging, as he was truly a game changer in my approach to a subject I used to fear.”

“We had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Smith over the past school year as my son prepared for the Microeconomics AP exam. From the start, she impressed us with her professionalism, discipline, and clarity of approach. She is clearly a highly experienced tutor who brings a deep understanding of both the subject matter and how to support students. My son, who was initially hesitant about online tutoring, stayed focused and engaged throughout their sessions, which speaks volumes about her effectiveness. She was structured, no-nonsense, and resourceful, with a smart, measured way of providing support. Rather than overwhelming him with material, she offered exactly what was needed, when it was needed—a thoughtful and strategic approach that really worked. She also struck a careful balance between accountability and autonomy. She followed up consistently and kept my son on track, but never in a way that made him feel inadequate. Instead, she supported his own drive and curiosity for the subject, helping him build toward the exam with focus and confidence. As I write this, we haven’t yet received the AP exam results, but he expects the top score and I’m grateful for the solid support she provided along the way.”
