“I had a mixed experience with tutor chase. The tutors themselves are certainly competent and helpful, and they helped me gain confidence in my weaker subjects. You do have to be aware and ready to interrupt them when they get into lecture mode sometimes to make sure you're properly following, but the work between sessions is also useful for that. However, I cannot be as positive about the customer service. My "dedicated client manager" was a pushy car salesman type who was not incredibly helpful or dedicated. He was not very responsive, went on holiday without informing my tutor that I had been assigned to her or passing me on to anyone else, mis-charged us (and did not contribute to reversing the error), and kept trying to sell me large hour packages - including in the week before my final exams, when he sent me a message every day for 4 days reminding me to buy. It was a frustrating experience which I would not want to repeat. I hope other service staff are more pleasant to deal with, because the tutors themselves are, and it would be a shame for everyone looking for help to have to go through similar ordeals.”

“Bob Creamer has been a huge help to me with IB Maths Applications and Interpretations. Before working with him, I found a lot of the topics confusing, but he explains things in a way that actually makes sense and is easy to follow. He’s really patient and always makes sure I understand something fully before moving on, which has made a big difference to my confidence. I also like how he adapts the lessons to focus on what I specifically need help with, especially when preparing for exams. Since starting with Bob, I’ve improved a lot in both my understanding and my results. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone who needs support with IB Maths.”

“I've been doing the IB and struggled with Maths AI HL. I found Andrei especially helpful here, as he managed to explain complex topics to me in a simple, understandable way. Even if you still haven't understood it the first time, Andrei always tries to find another way to explain the topic.
