“Very helpful in answering questions on how to understand the requirements of the probate system in relation to the wills. All documentation sent prepared for signature. Communication very good at first but became rushed with errors made and had to be repeated causing delays due to spontaneous holiday from the Company. Advised to send to specific probate office, we got probates on both parents in about 8 weeks .”

“They helped me through the process of obtaining 'letters of Administration ' when my husband suddenly passed away last year. I was in a fragile sate and couldn't face seeing a solicitor face to face. Doing it online took away a lot of the stress. They were very helpful and patient.”

Dear Mr Jones We are very sorry to read that you were not happy with the service we provided. We can see that your Probate application was completed and sent to you 6 working days after we received the final information required from you. Upon receipt of your signed forms, the application was immediately submitted, and being a complex application had to pass through HMRC and then the Probate Court, a process that typically takes about 5 months and we have no control over. In your instance, the Probate Court took slightly longer than hoped to issue the Grant. We understand that this can be a very difficult time, and it can be frustrating waiting for Probate to be granted. It is not the case that we do not return emails or calls, and we endeavour to response promptly to customer communications. Where we receive requests for updates from the Court, or requests to chase them, both of which are not allowed by the Court within a particular timeframe, we may not be able to respond to all of these within a short timeframe. We wrote to you at the point of application submission to warn of the sometimes lengthy Court turnaround times to manage your expectations regarding this. “I am happy to recommend the services of Trust'd and the team - James was very helpful. I hadn't been confident in completing the IHT and probate forms myself and James made the process very straightforward. The grant of probate arrived (once the application had been submitted) quicker than I thought it would and all went smoothly. I guess my only "feedback" might have been that when the probate application was submitted, I'd like to have seen the "proof" as there seemed a quiet period when I'd paid (the very reasonable) fee but had no "proof" as to what was going on (I'm perhaps unnecessarily paranoid about this kind of thing!) but there was no need for me to worry and all turned out exactly as promised and whilst I don't look forward to the time when I need to do this again, I'll have no hesitation in utilising their services again and would happily recommend them to anyone else who needs to apply for probate and isn't confident in their ability to get the forms right -”

“I have had to go through probate twice in a row and the first one was so slow that I had to find another provider for the second time. I have been so lucky in finding Trustd Legal Services who dealt with everything so clearly and efficiently. When holdups came from the external factors (HMRC), they chased up and made sure everything stayed on track and paperwork was not lost in the process. I had some complications in calculating from the first probate still in progress and this was all dealt with by very patient phonecalls to make sure we got all the figures correct for the application. I am very thankful for this service and how well everyone I dealt with (James and Emily) were in helping me during the difficult time of bereavement, when officialdom and paperwork is the last thing you really want to deal with. I can't recommend Trustd Legal Services enough. I hope I never have to go through probate again in my lifetime, but at least I know where to turn if I do need to. I hope this review will be of help to those looking for this service in such a difficult emotional time.”
