Very helpful in answering questions on how to understand the requirements of the probate system in relation to the wills. All documentation sent prepared for signature. Communication very good at first but became rushed with errors made and had to be repeated causing delays due to spontaneous holiday from the Company. Advised to send to specific probate office, we got probates on both parents in about 8 weeks .
