Dear Mr Jones We are very sorry to read that you were not happy with the service we provided. We can see that your Probate application was completed and sent to you 6 working days after we received the final information required from you. Upon receipt of your signed forms, the application was immediately submitted, and being a complex application had to pass through HMRC and then the Probate Court, a process that typically takes about 5 months and we have no control over. In your instance, the Probate Court took slightly longer than hoped to issue the Grant. We understand that this can be a very difficult time, and it can be frustrating waiting for Probate to be granted. It is not the case that we do not return emails or calls, and we endeavour to response promptly to customer communications. Where we receive requests for updates from the Court, or requests to chase them, both of which are not allowed by the Court within a particular timeframe, we may not be able to respond to all of these within a short timeframe. We wrote to you at the point of application submission to warn of the sometimes lengthy Court turnaround times to manage your expectations regarding this. “I really can't speak highly enough of Trusted Legal Services and James Long and his team. They provided me with an efficient, quick, professional and supportive service. To be honest I was sceptical at first as their quote was so much lower than others I had received. I did bring this up with them, they replied that they simply didn't want to take advantage of people going through a challenging time, losing a loved one. Probate was easily obtained. I am so glad I chose them and would highly recommend them.”
