About Trifibre:

Trifibre Containers, as it was then known was established in 1981 originally as a partnership between David Bisiker and Nigel Cox. Trifibre began making fabricated fibreboard boxes out of a small factory on Glenbarr Avenue in Leicester. Since then Trifibre Ltd has developed and progressed into a highly respected, innovative casing solutions designer, manufacturer and supplier to many industry sectors. Nigel Cox took sole ownership in 2006 and Trifibre Ltd now occupies a 70,000sq ft. premises in Leicester which enables us to design and manufacture quality casing solutions and plastic moulded products with unrivalled service levels and lead times at competitive prices.

We specialise in working with major blue chip organisations and individuals. Trifibre has one of the largest and most diverse range of experience and products in the casing industry. Hi Paul Thanks for your review, we really appreciate your feedback. When ordering a flight case to fit your mixer it is important to select the correct model to ensure a good fit. When you contacted us after receiving your case you were happy with the construction but noted that there is a gap between your mixer and the internal foam and after investigating the issue we were able to determine that your mixer is a different model to the one the case is built to fit. We were able to work out the amount of additional foam that would be needed to secure it in transit and offered this as a resolution, we are still awaiting your reply. We are unlikely to use this company again. The last few orders they have got the designs wrong and charged us for their mistakes.

With regards to being charged, I can confirm that you were credited in full for any issues so please do get in touch with any examples where you feel this is not to be the case so that we can address them promptly for you. We believe the main cause for the issues has been a mix up with SKU's, we are a strong advocate of continuous improvement and we will review our processes to stamp out any future occurrence. Invoice No 0000096010 Customer Order No 108762 Dear sir/madam Apologies for not writing before due to a bereavement in the family. I placed an order on the 31/7/21 for a Christmas tree box to be delivered on the 5/8/21 by dpd it arrived poorly packed, with dents on both sides at one end once opened in front of the driver, we refused delivery and the dpd driver took photos so that it could be investigated. Parcel No 15976813122762 I would much appreciate a full refund returned into my bank account, as we have not heard anything since. Yours sincerely Carol Pegman

Sorry. But I looks like internation buisness it not your daily work. DPD takes 21% tax because it is done in the wrong way by your company. No answer to my mails. So that is not something that we would like to work together in future.

Hi Andreas Thanks for your review. We are sorry you are not entirely happy with your experience. When you contacted us relating to this you advised us the courier had charged VAT at the border and so you asked us to refund the VAT that was included in the price. We responded by explaining that our website prices do not include VAT and confirmed that you were not charged any VAT at the point of sale. Before you make a purchase through our website we notify you that our prices do not include VAT or any Customs Clearance changes. Instead, the courier collects the VAT payment directly from the receiver at the border as per new regulations. Hi Andrew We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment, especially since we pride ourselves on our customer service and make every attempt to keep our customers happy. We fully understand your frustration but to add context to this, the case that was returned to us was badly damaged including (but not limited to) a missing valve, scratches, chips and drag marks. All of our returned items are checked over before we initiate the refund process and returns must be in new and resalable condition to be able to go back to stock. This case is badly damaged and we were unable to accept it back to stock as it fell outside of our return requirements. We did explain that you are within your rights to make a claim against the courier you used to make this return which should hopefully enable you to recoup the cost of the case. None of the discount codes worked. I tried about 30 from various internet sites. All of them stated “Code not recognised” Even their 5% discount doesn’t work if you agree to have their brochure. Not very happy as I wasted around 2 hours trying various codes. I wouldn’t buy from them again due to this. 😡

Trifibre is a misleading, dishonest company who I would never again recommend! After much research, I ordered a SKB travel golf case from them for a birthday gift. There was very little in terms of e-commerce update and the listing is very misleading. The sizes do not account for the curve of the case and when it arrived, it didn’t fit in a standard golf bag. This rendered the item useless. When enquiring about the return process, I was informed that SKB returns were not able to be sent back to the UK (this is not clearly marked in the section on their Ts & Cs titles ‘Returns’). Instead it needed to be sent back to the Netherlands at my expense, despite Trifibre not listing the item honestly and also providing misleading information about the delivery details - you’d need to scroll well beyond the ‘Returns’ section in t’s and c’s, past taxes, guarantees etc to a section specifically about the SKB returns process - there’s no reference to exceptions to the returns policy in the aforementioned section. I was then £24 out of pocket to return a useless case with little apology from Trifibre. POOR - I would give 0 stars if I could!

I was really looking forward to receiving my hard case in time for a golf holiday in Mexico and ordered it several weeks in advance. I was contacted by a TriFibre rep a week after the order was placed to let me know that the case was being shipped from mainland Europe and would take slightly longer. I received an order confirmation and a shipping email saying the case was on its way. A few days before my departure date, the case hadn't arrived so I called TriFibre again only to find out that it was out of stock and had never shipped. I had to rush the day before my trip to buy a soft case, which is not what I wanted for my clubs. A refund was granted swiftly but I'm still very disappointed by the experience.
