About Trifibre:

Trifibre Containers, as it was then known was established in 1981 originally as a partnership between David Bisiker and Nigel Cox. Trifibre began making fabricated fibreboard boxes out of a small factory on Glenbarr Avenue in Leicester. Since then Trifibre Ltd has developed and progressed into a highly respected, innovative casing solutions designer, manufacturer and supplier to many industry sectors. Nigel Cox took sole ownership in 2006 and Trifibre Ltd now occupies a 70,000sq ft. premises in Leicester which enables us to design and manufacture quality casing solutions and plastic moulded products with unrivalled service levels and lead times at competitive prices.

We specialise in working with major blue chip organisations and individuals. Trifibre has one of the largest and most diverse range of experience and products in the casing industry. For some reason Challenger leave a label on the TR139 cases that is very difficult to remove before you can fit your own label. This is time consuming and annoying. it seems odd to supply cases where you can fit your own label and then make it difficult to remove the manufacturers label without detergent, hot water and lots of scraping. Otherwise the cases are good.

Received my order damaged, bound to happen because very little protection from flimsy cardboard box. no protection what so ever would of benefited from hard cardboard lateral sides for protection.

430 standard cases are excellent, strong but not too heavy. Tool tidy in the tool case version came away from lid on first use. Hot glue didn’t seem to have taken to the fabric. Reglued myself applying hot glue to fabric first, has held so far. Rivets might be the better approach but then not waterproof.

I ordered a 24x24” bass drum case for around £80. The case is decent for the money. It’s no ‘hardcase’ but it’ll stop scratches. It’s actually about 28” deep which might cause a problem down the line but for now, it’s fine. It also took 2 weeks longer than expected to arrive so this is why it’s getting 3*. I would still buy from trifibre.

Just to explain about the overall size of the case, you can find our sizing chart in the 'Specification' section on the page that details the "Actual Internal Sizes" of each drum case. For your drum (24″ Ø x 24") the internal dimensions of the case will be 27.5" Ø x 28" deep. Please ensure you check this chart when ordering so that you know which size to choose to suit your specific drum. The wrong picture of the item was displayed against the item I bought. The bag shown had a grey 'mock fur' lining but the actual item has a plastic lining. The price was good regardless, but I was led to believe I would be receiving a higher quality product. Disappointing.

The Trifibre website gives only limited information about the Gardeners stool but the telephone customer service team did their best to help although their colleagues in accounts were rather slow to answer. Eventually, we were disappointed to find that the price quoted in a well known gardening weekly did not include VAT and, as it was not modified for disabled, it was not possible to reclaim VAT if you were disabled.

It supplies drum cases in various sizes but unfortunately they aren't as good (in my opinion) as Le Blond. They seem to use a thinner gauge polymer and consequently the case is less stiff . This is my first Trifibre case so future use may change my opinion.... send me another review in a year's time!

Hi, last week you sent a message saying I had a parcel for delivery from you, you gave the option to have it delivered to a neighbour so I ask it to be delivered to number 20 next door, there hasn't been any parcels delivered to that address. Today I received this email asking out reviews but I cannot answer this as I don't have any parcels from you, can you please look into the delivery about this parcel. Thanks. M.Morland

The case was well made and sent in good time This was then spoilt by the incessant emailing of the company regarding other products they sell I never signed up for these emails which I considered as spam and it took me three attempts to stop them over a period of about two weeks of which I saw at least one every two days despite trying to unsubscribe I find this company a good manufacturer but a poor communicator on the unsubscribing side choosing not to act or ignoring my attempts to stop their emails
