About Trifibre:

Trifibre Containers, as it was then known was established in 1981 originally as a partnership between David Bisiker and Nigel Cox. Trifibre began making fabricated fibreboard boxes out of a small factory on Glenbarr Avenue in Leicester. Since then Trifibre Ltd has developed and progressed into a highly respected, innovative casing solutions designer, manufacturer and supplier to many industry sectors. Nigel Cox took sole ownership in 2006 and Trifibre Ltd now occupies a 70,000sq ft. premises in Leicester which enables us to design and manufacture quality casing solutions and plastic moulded products with unrivalled service levels and lead times at competitive prices.

We specialise in working with major blue chip organisations and individuals. Trifibre has one of the largest and most diverse range of experience and products in the casing industry. Manufacturing flight cases that meet military specifications and certified cases, bespoke plastic cases, complex bespoke metal containers, cnc routed foam inserts, plastic presentation cases, made to measure metal fabrications, wooden packing crates, padded bags and much more! “I havent even received my item yet but my experience has been so positive. I wanted to enquire as to whether I could get something shipped to me faster than specified. I was spoken to by someone who clearly and concisely explained their delivery service (which is extremely quick anyway). What impressed me was that there was no messing around. Just good, clear communication and that counts for everything. As it turns out, I should receive my item for when I need it and I cannot say how grateful I am to Lorna for making my experience with this company so positive.”

“An update to my original review of Trifibre's awesome customer service I received from Jenny and Lorna, both ladies are a credit to Trifibre, my update is I have just taken delivery of my new MAX540H245CAMORGTR BLACK PADDED DIVIDERS, LID ORG & WHEELS I am so thrilled at the speed of the service, I am only just part way through unpacking my delivery and had to pass on my happiness to the people who made it all happen so quickly!”

“I had already purchased my MAX520CAMTR case and have been very happy with it! I recently upgraded to new and larger mirrorless set up and need a larger case, so decided to buy a MAX540H245CAMORGTR BLACK PADDED DIVIDERS, LID ORG & WHEELS, originally had a small problem with my website order, spoke with Jenny from Trifibre and subsequently Lorna Budd, I have to say it has been a very positive experience for me, and to have the privilege to speak with two lovely, polite and extremely helpful people, consummate professionals and an excellent example of Trifibre customer relations, thank you ladies, I am so looking forward to getting my new case!”

“I have just this minute finished potting up two olives and two phormiums into the Large Kensington pots and a much loved and very old Specimem Bay tree into the Extra Large Kensington pot. I am so pleased with these pots! The pots are exceptionally good quality and represent I believe, very good value for money. If that were not enough, I required a bit of assistance from customer service (Lorna) who was a pleasure to deal with, being very professional but at the same time, very personable. “First time purchasing from Trifibre but wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again or recommend them. Item was in stock and delivered next day even though the initial expected delivery was indicating the day after. Looked at other suppliers of the same item & Trifibre were a bit cheaper when including the postage from the competitors.”

“Excellent company to deal with. Purchased a flight case for a drum sampler. Excellent quality of build and very strong handles and catches. “I had excellent service recently from Trifibre. I needed a set of replacement wheels for my case, the order arrived really quickly, but unfortunately I'd recieved 2 wheels for the same side. I messaged them and a replacement was sent out the same day. My case is now now fully functional again!”
