About Trifibre:

Trifibre Containers, as it was then known was established in 1981 originally as a partnership between David Bisiker and Nigel Cox. Trifibre began making fabricated fibreboard boxes out of a small factory on Glenbarr Avenue in Leicester. Since then Trifibre Ltd has developed and progressed into a highly respected, innovative casing solutions designer, manufacturer and supplier to many industry sectors. Nigel Cox took sole ownership in 2006 and Trifibre Ltd now occupies a 70,000sq ft. premises in Leicester which enables us to design and manufacture quality casing solutions and plastic moulded products with unrivalled service levels and lead times at competitive prices.

We specialise in working with major blue chip organisations and individuals. Trifibre has one of the largest and most diverse range of experience and products in the casing industry. Manufacturing flight cases that meet military specifications and certified cases, bespoke plastic cases, complex bespoke metal containers, cnc routed foam inserts, plastic presentation cases, made to measure metal fabrications, wooden packing crates, padded bags and much more! “I ordered two boxes to hold music stands for our brass band. Very nice quality work and good customer support. However, product grossly overpriced for what it was. Also their finance department wanted 100% payment up front before any work could be started, I offered 50% with order and 50% on delivery which was not acceptable to them.”

“Trifibre is a misleading, dishonest company who I would never again recommend! After much research, I ordered a SKB travel golf case from them for a birthday gift. There was very little in terms of e-commerce update and the listing is very misleading. The sizes do not account for the curve of the case and when it arrived, it didn’t fit in a standard golf bag. This rendered the item useless. When enquiring about the return process, I was informed that SKB returns were not able to be sent back to the UK (this is not clearly marked in the section on their Ts & Cs titles ‘Returns’). Instead it needed to be sent back to the Netherlands at my expense, despite Trifibre not listing the item honestly and also providing misleading information about the delivery details - you’d need to scroll well beyond the ‘Returns’ section in t’s and c’s, past taxes, guarantees etc to a section specifically about the SKB returns process - there’s no reference to exceptions to the returns policy in the aforementioned section. I was then £24 out of pocket to return a useless case with little apology from Trifibre. POOR - I would give 0 stars if I could!”

I am pleased to advise you that we have now reviewed or terms & conditions as a direct result of your feedback with regards to returns of SKB cases so that customers who wish to make a return can return them to us. “It supplies drum cases in various sizes but unfortunately they aren't as good (in my opinion) as Le Blond. They seem to use a thinner gauge polymer and consequently the case is less stiff . This is my first Trifibre case so future use may change my opinion.... send me another review in a year's time!”
