About Trifibre:

Trifibre Containers, as it was then known was established in 1981 originally as a partnership between David Bisiker and Nigel Cox. Trifibre began making fabricated fibreboard boxes out of a small factory on Glenbarr Avenue in Leicester. Since then Trifibre Ltd has developed and progressed into a highly respected, innovative casing solutions designer, manufacturer and supplier to many industry sectors. Nigel Cox took sole ownership in 2006 and Trifibre Ltd now occupies a 70,000sq ft. premises in Leicester which enables us to design and manufacture quality casing solutions and plastic moulded products with unrivalled service levels and lead times at competitive prices.

We specialise in working with major blue chip organisations and individuals. Trifibre has one of the largest and most diverse range of experience and products in the casing industry. Manufacturing flight cases that meet military specifications and certified cases, bespoke plastic cases, complex bespoke metal containers, cnc routed foam inserts, plastic presentation cases, made to measure metal fabrications, wooden packing crates, padded bags and much more! “Odered a flight case for a Pearl Throne Thumper but unfortunately the product was not suitable for the item in this instance, although made of extremely good materials. Customer services were brilliant, responding almost immediately and happy to collect and refund. In that respect cannot fault so still give 5 stars for overall experience.”

“I've just received my latest Challenger TR5023 [I have 4 now] and it is even better than the previous 3. The improvement is that Trifibre have added some metal shields to the lock positions. Whilst this addition couldn't stop the box being forced open, it will delay any thievery and encourage rogues to move on to another target. As noted in my previous review, I use these as top-boxes and side-cases on my motorcycles. They are less obtrusive and bulky and are a fraction of the bike manufacturers offerings. On top of all that, Trifibre also spell Despatch correctly in UK English, which gives them a sixth star in my opinion!”

“Great large sturdy case for the price. 2 slight improvements would make it even better, the pull out handle is a little flimsy and it would be great to have 2 layers of pluck foam for the larger items. There are 3 layers of foam and only the top layer is pluck.”
