“So so happy with the olive trees. I was nervous about ordering them online as I couldn’t see the actual ones and they were a present. They were better than I expected, arrived in perfect condition condition and were healthy trees.”

“Arrow was on way but when the box was opened the plant was upside down. When I informed you of this I got a very unhelpful response”

Hi Fatou, many thanks for reviewing our service. I am so sorry to hear about the box being delivered the incorrect way, we will look into your opened ticket right away. I have investigated the ticket you have opened via our care@tree2mydoor.com email, and have discovered that we requested images, demonstrating the poor condition of the gift received. We are yet to receive a response back. This is our standard procedure for any delivery issues / damaged items, and once we do receive images we can look into getting this resolved for you. Please do respond to our ticket so that we can provide a resolution.

“the tree didn't look like it was in great shape, quite a few of the leaves had been nibbled on by something and it was particularly small. the tree was left propped on a step (not even upright) when I got home it was laying in the drive way, box was in absolute pieces, this is the second time I have had this issue”

We are so sorry to hear that your trees leaves may have been nibbled on by some sort of insect (we suspect this could be a caterpillar) and the courier delivered this in an unacceptable manner. This is incredibly distressing to hear as we take the quality of our trees extremely seriously.
