“I ordered 2 rose bushes and received only one. I emailed straight away with pictures of what I had received and the box they came in. The response was quick and they pointed out it was a packing error. Another rose was despatched to myself and received. I would definitely order from this company again and their customer service was first class. Thank you for helping. I can now gift the two roses.”
