“The recipient of my gift was very happy with it. I’m giving one less star because I contacted customer services to correct my name and address and the recipient’s name….luckily they corrected the recipient name but didn’t correct my details!”

“My order was for a very special Diamond Wedding Anniversary. I paid the extra charge to specify a date and morning delivery. In spite of this the rose bush was delivered a week early”

As you had requested the delivery to be made on the Saturday that falls over the Easter Weekend, we were unable to fulfil this delivery, and our processing system automatically moved your order to the previous Saturday.
