“A birthday gift My daughter in law, who is notoriously difficult to buy for, said she would like an olive tree for her birthday. After looking at several suppliers I settled on you. The tree arrived when specified, was wrapped well to withstand delivery. My daughter in law is delighted. The tree is slightly bigger than expected, healthy and even has olives on it. Would recommend”

“Willow wand brilliant, customer service and delivery abysmal. Ordered 5 weeks in advance to have no issues. Paid for delivery on a specified day before 1300, my anniversary date. Didn’t arrive. Customer services attitude was’ not our problem, it’s the couriers’. Sorry but I had no contract with the couriers but I did with you!!!!”
