“This was a gift for my brother and sister-in-law celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary. Service I received was first class. Was notified when gift was on its way and when it was delivered. The happy couple were thrilled with their gift. I placed the order in plenty of time with specific delivery date requested and it was delivered on the day I asked for. Can't fault the service.”

“I was very pleased to be kept informed of the progress of the delivery of the rose, I like seeing the picture of the rose being delivered to my friends house to show they have delivered it. The delivery man looked really happy in his job which I think is great as this means they take extra care making sure it gets delivered on time.”

“Happy with product but as it was for a Ruby Wedding I thought a red rose would be sent. I needed the rose for the 18th April and it arrived 20th April my own fault I should have paid extra for guaranteed delviery. The rose delivered was not red but I was happy with the product.”

“The Tree2mydoor website was very easy to use and straightforward during the ordering process. Delivery was quick. The rose looks healthy (only time will tell on this) and it is nicely presented in tissue paper and cellophane tied with a white ribbon. I have one issue and that is that the box the rose was delivered in was open and it had a hole in the side, but I think the rose was undamaged and I don't think anything was missing.”

“These rose bushes were a present for my brother so I have not actually seen them as he lives a long way away. I understand that he was delighted with the two rose bushes The delivery and customer service given that I had to change to an alternative date was excellent”
