“I ordered a rose named 'Fabulous at 70' - for a friend, for obvious reasons ! I have only become familiar with online ordering during lockdown so it was good to feel confident using your website. Of course, I have no idea how the rose will continue. However, the ordering process, the regular emails with order updates prior to delivery suggest that this is a company which b bothers to make the customer feel special.”

“I received a memory tree pack when my mum passed away and thought it was a very unique gift so I bought my neighbour one when her husband passed away. The memory pack is excellent value. The only fault I can say is I paid for next day delivery however didn’t receive the the memory pack until 4 days later (two of which were the weekend)”

“I ordered the star magnolia for a friend who had just lost her mother, I got regular updates on delivery progress and a photo of the box on the doorstep, so I knew it arrived safely. My friend was delighted with the gift. The only disappointment for me was being limited to the number of characters on the message card. It was difficult to write a meaningful message when you are restricted to so few words.”
