“ordered 2 sets of 2 Willowands recently - I think they'll be lovely when they start to 'bloom' but in one set we got instructions and in the other we didn't; in one set they had hessian bags round the roots and in the other they didn't and in one set the buds were already well established and in the other they weren't. I realise you can't control the latter but there could be more consistency in packaging”

“Really good, well kept rose tree. Clear instructions, nicely wrapped, speedy and kept well informed of order progress, well packaged, BUT delivery courier did not read clearly marked box and ignored the large and clear 'this way up' arrows and laid the box down so the soil spilt out and over the wrapping!”
