“Was happy with the website and the product but the delivery could have been better. The box was bashed in upon arrival and was a wedding gift so I wasn’t very pleased. Thankfully the tree was ok.”

“Original ordering and options were excellent and easy. A mistake with delivery meant only one item was received instead of two. I sent an e-Mail the morning of the next day, a Sunday, which was answered within 5 hours and the mistake admitted and rectified by a delivery 2 days later. I was most impressed by that service and the recipients were most pleased by the quality and packing of the goods. The first item was delivered on the day requested.”
