“The anniversary roses were presents for two family members. Both were delivered when expected and were greatly appreciated. I did not see the roses myself but was told they appear to be well presented and healthy.”

“I ordered a rose for my friends’ Golden Wedding Anniversary together with an added Lovebom pot of forget me not seeds. Whilst I the rose arrived on the day requested the added gift did not. Since 23 September I have been trying to find out the situation only to be told there is a problem. Promises of delivery on subsequent days have failed to materialise. I have asked for that part of the order to,be cancelled and a refund made, to no avail.”

“Have both received and sent a gift good service on the whole . Only gripe on line ordering would not accept voucher despite it being in date so had to ring customer service who then had to contact the technical department who did ring me back with another code which worked .”
