“Communication was very good via email especially James who was very polite and friendly. Only downside was that the tree was slightly smaller than we originally thought !”

“Product delivered when it was scheduled for delivery. Plant looks healthy-wont know until spring/summer when t should flower. Did not like excessive postage cost for N. Ireland. This was not stated anywhere until cost added at checkout.”

“I bought a tree for my sister for Christmas and was delighted to find it in stock and could be delivered straight away. Even sending a card with it was a lovely idea. I live abroad so found it easy to be able to order and send direct in the UK. Will order again.”

“I was looking for a birthday present for a Gardener, got a great deal, but express delivery delivery was expensive so dont be in a hurry for it! Only other let down was it was supposed to be wrapped in film and a bow but wasnt, came in a box otherwise great”

“As far as I am aware (this was a gift) the tree arrived on the correct day at the approx time notified. Because of the time of year the rose was not in flower, so time will tell.”
