“This was a present for a friend's birthday, it was delivered on specified date, delivery was good. She was delighted with this, it is now planted and we look forward to it growing and flowering. Came in lovely packaging and looked very healthy. Would definitely order again.”

“I’m made up with the quality of my Wedding Day rose. I have never ordered plants online but this was just as lovely as one in the garden centre. It was safely packaged and arrived promptly in the post. I will definitely use this company again.”

“The tree looked very similar to the picture on the website. Good quality and fast deliver. Would definitely recommend. Only fault was the delivery driver from dpd who obviously couldn't read the very clear sign fragile keep this way up. He squashed the box and put it on its side in the shed.”

“Perfect! Beautiful tree bought as a retirement gift for my friend who lives out in the remote countryside, to arrive on her last working day. I was informed of every step of my transaction and delivery from start to finish so I had confidence she would receive her tree on the date requested, a couple of weeks later. It arrived on time and well packaged. She and I were both thrilled. Excellent service which I will absolutely use again. Thank you”

“Ordered a rose bush plus greetings card as a gift. The recipient said it arrived safely, but rather than in a presentation pot as advertised, it was bare rooted. When I queried this I was told that I would have to provide photographic evidence, or they would not do anything. Whatever happened to trust and ‘the customer is always right’? They offered to send a new pot (not a new plant), which I felt was an insult. Not an organisation I would want to do business with.”

“I ordered quite a long time in advance, so was really pleased to receive an email a couple of days before to confirm the delivery on the day I required. The day before I received an email giving me a hour slot for delivery, and it arrived bang in time. As an anniversary rose for my parents they were really pleased with the delivery.”
