“The Rose is lovely so my sister in law tells me . It was a special gift and as I had left no other instruction expected to be delivered into her hand. My brother in law stayed in to receive it but it was left on their door step with the driver disappearing off. If he rang the bell he should have waited for an answer. If he didn’t ring the bell it should not have been left alone on the step.. I received a photo of it on the step, and didn’t know whether to ring him or not to pick it up. Hardly a discretionary present”

“Lovely Olive Tree beautifully packed. Marked down by one star as I selected and paid for designated delivery date and time, which did not happen. The company refunded the additional delivery costs and despatched a day later than requested. Luckily the delay did not cause an issue but it was a close call!”

“The plants arrived within the hour slot. Well packaged and nicely wrapped, each with a bow. The roses themselves were well pruned and both showing signs of growth.”

“My tree was really a ‘stick’ - whilst it arrived within the time frame, I think £40+ for the stick/twig that arrived was a bit extortionate. I’m sorry but I wouldn’t recommend.”

“2nd tree I have purchased. 1st was a Red Rose tree for my parents for their Ruby anniversary a couple of years ago... it blooms every year so beautifully. Which has got me to return. I purchased Spirit in the sky rose Bush. As a r1st year anniversary remembrance of my aunt passing away during lockdown 1. We are looking forward to seeing this tree bloom. Thankyou. Will return again no doubt”

“I ordered a tulip magnolia as a present for my wife's 50th birthday. I paid the extra shipping cost to ensure it would arrive the day. It didn't arrive until the following day, a big disappointment. I contacted tree2mydoor and to their credit they responded almost immediately, were very apologetic and refunded the difference between dated and standard delivery cost, which I thought was the least they could have done. The tree/shrub itself is somewhat smaller than I was expecting (barely the 30cm in height) but that is partly due to its lack of leaves at this time of year. Time will tell how well it fairs when we plant it out.”

“Beautiful rose bush delivered to our work colleague after the sad loss of a parent. Instead of flowers which will fade and die, this lovely bush can be planted and will bloom every year. Quick and easy ordering on line, with delivery straight to the door.”
