“Bought as a silver wedding present. I haven’t actually seen the rose bush yet but the couple were delighted with it. Easy to order. Pleased with the service.”

“Not received yet due to DPD not delivering as they should have done. Tree2mydoor could have done more to sort this out. I ordered weeks ago for a very special wedding anniversary.”

“I was very impressed with the customer service: I had made a mistake with the postcode when ordering - 2 days later I emailed asking them if they could amend the postcode and within an hour someone had emailed me back saying 'no problem'! Brilliant customer service, especially when it was my error! The recipient also wasn't in when delivery was due but she was able to redirect the delivery to a safe place the next day with no problem at all. Beautifully wrapped tree as well - the only thing you could do better would be to provide care instructions for the tree. Just a suggestion for improvement! Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be using Tree2mydoor again!”

“I ordered a Lemon Tree and birthday card for my sons birthday to be delivered to his address in London, I was emailed to say the parcel would be delivered next day, it didn’t arrive instead it was returned to Tree2mydoormydoor with no explanation why they did not contact me to say the parcel had been returned. After emailing them they said another tree would be sent out and should arrive today. Nothing yet received so can’t comment further.”
