“I have used Tree2mydoor on many occasions for memorial roses, sadly for colleagues who have had loved once pass away. The service has always been excellent and rose bushes have been a welcome gift during such a distressing time. When the roses bloom they are just beautiful. “Had a Rose delivered to our friend, it came beautifully wrapped and was being giving tracking every step of the way, ordered it over the Christmas holidays so took a little longer to be delivered in Jan but was expected …. thank you”

“Ordered a rose bush to be delivered on a 50th Birthday. Paid extra for specific day delivery. The rose was not delivered until the next day and despite a phone call which was not answered nor the message left responded to ,nor any communication from the company advising about the delay I will admit the receipient was happy with the rose bush. The refund of my extra delivery charge of £3 is insulting considering the company's customer service was severely lacking.”

“Paid for expedited delivery between Christmas & New Year but despite confirming and charging, delivery not made until 5th Jan. I asked for refund on delivery but was only offered £2 which wasn’t worth the discussion Will not use again - lots of other companies.”

“This was bought as a Christmas present for a good friend of mine who lives a long way from me. The ordering process was very straightforward and I requested a specific date for the plant to be delivered so that, I could guarantee someone being at home to receive it. I chose the 22nd of December as my desired delivery date. For some reason, the item was dispatched and delivered early on the 17th of December. The item was then left by the courier on the street next to her front door (not ideal). Thankfully, I managed to get a message to my friend to return home early to ensure that she received her gift. I would use this company again.”
