“The courier lost the order so my sister did not receive her gift. However Tree2mydoor were quick to send out a replacement. It was not their fault but that of the courier so I have still rated them 5 as I have been extremely satisfied with past orders. Rosalie”

“Ordering was simple, apart there were only a few delivery days to choose from, it was not clear when I found your site that it took 8 days for delivery. When opened the tree was wilted I'm hoping it recovers as it was a anniversary present for my son and his wife.”

“I’m struggling with this review only because I ordered two rose bushes at the same time. One was ok, Fab at 80 and one certainly wasn’t, Special Grandma.It arrived as if it had been thrown in the box, some of the roses were trapped within the packaging. Once I took it out I could see the soil was absolutely bone dry and had started to wilt. The other arrived ok, it was definitely packed much better than the other. The gift wrapping tissue is green, which I feel isn’t the nicest colour for pretty rose bush gifts, just be aware of this, if you order. As soon as if unpacked them I contacted the supplier straight away, I was more upset than anything because the roses are for two special ladies in my life, my Grandma is 90 & I struggle to buy her gifts but this was perfect. I stressed this in my complaint email. They did come back pretty much straight with a reply but to me it wasn’t good enough. I was asked to do the usual, take photos etc which I did but the outcome should’ve been an offer of compensation or send another one and collect the old one, nothing like this has been offered, to which I’m very upset about. Because of this I won’t be ordering again from them and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.”

“If there was a ten star rating I would give it. A terrific service from start to finish. I purchased an anniversary rose for my parents and it came perfectly and carefully packaged which I was bothered about as I haven't ordered plants in this way before. Needless to say, they were delighted. Many thanks. I will definitely be using you again in the very near future.”
