“Ordered for a 50th birthday gift I was worried when told it was ‘held up en route.’ It did arrive after 3 days travelling however, and recipient expressed pleasure, so although not seen, it sounds good.”

“Very helpful male person talked to me on the phone about gift selection ideas I suggest you offer more non-plant gifts - I would have spent another £20 if you have a trowel etc to go with the plant Delivery was later than i expected so the plant missed my friend's actual birthday - we put that down to Mothers Day rush”

“I found this company and their service to be very fast and efficient. The online purchase was very straightforward and easy to use. My order was processed very quickly and the recipient of my gift was very happy with her tree. She said it was well packaged and came with a stake to stabilise the sapling and I really like the idea of the little plaque which one can have dedicated to the recipient. Great service overall. “We love our lemon tree!!! The leaves were a little crumpled when I unpacked it but after a good drink of water, I was amazing how it sprung to life! It arrived with three lemons in progress and the scent that comes from the little flowers is delicate and so wonderful!!”

“Bought a Diamond Wedding rose for my parents. Obviously it hasn’t flowered yet so I can’t comment on that, but it arrived beautifully packaged with tissue/cellophane and a ribbon. Pretty card came with it.”

“I have already emailed without a response so far. This was the second time I used this company. The first occasion went very well and delivery was exactly as requested with constant progress updates. This was because I paid extra for a designated delivery day. On the second occasion I opted for normal delivery between three and five days. Ordered on 9th - delivered on 16th. Even allowing for weekend this was later than expected and there were issues by the delivery company regarding address which was correct plus phone number.”
