“Despite an initial mistake in the Order, I was extremely impressed with the immediate response by the Customer Service team, who sent out a replacement rose straight away and allowed my friend to keep the original. The standard of the roses themselves, the perfect packaging and very swift delivery were excellent. Thank you.”

“Really sorry but I have yet to receive my tree. The courier APC company have failed to deliver it on the correct day, have not answered the phone when I have tried to contact them and now when I have gone to the depot they have lost it. A woeful experience really. I have lost confidence in the courier. Please can you liaise with them about sending another tree. I love your ideas and website but would be very reluctant to buy again if you are still using the same courier.”

“Excellent service and good quality olive plant. However we were let down by the courier (DPD) who didn't deliver on my nominated day but a day later. Trees2mydoor responded quickly and I was refunded the difference in cost.”

“Placing an order from the wonderful collection of flowers was very easy. I purchased the At Peace Rose plant for a friend who's mum has just passed. She said it was packaged well and arrived in good condition, and it is such a beautiful Rose. She can now plant it out side and remember her mum every time she sees it. She is actually going to start a wee rose garden. I had selected a specific date as well which it arrived exactly on that day and time you and the courier informed me it would. Thank you”
