“We are trying to match existing tiles in our bathroom and ordered three samples and very soon we would be able to place our order but so far the service we have received from this supplier has been amazing, we’ve received the samples right away well packed and labelled, thank you for an excellent service!!”

“Excellent service. They say the mark of excellent service is how a company reacts when there is an issue. Jo was superb in following up with the courier and resolving the issue. being able to talk to a real person, who responds quickly and effectively was a real surprise in these days of faceless internet stores. Travertine Store is a company I would very happily recommend to anyone wanting a very high quality product, a good price and superb service.”

“Very pleased with my purchase of non- slip bathroom floor tiles which arrived promptly and were well wrapped although they haven’t yet been laid. I read the delivery instructions about checking items for damage before signing the despatch note but as they were delivered by courier there wasn’t the opportunity to do that.”

“Very quick service in sending out samples. They arrived well packed and in perfect condition and are a nice product. Unfortunately, in the end they weren't what I was looking for on this occasion so I was grateful for the opportunity to discover this by seeing them on site. If they had been, I would have ordered with confidence.”
