“Great course apart from one thing which is no reflection on the course, my internet connection was lost before l finished the exam, still passed but still had unanswered questions which effected my score. My advice is to may sure you have a good connection before doing the exam.”

“Resources are good and well laid out and presented professionally. Automated voiceover for course slides could be much clearer as some pronunciation is unclear. Pace of speech can for some could be too fast. Would be better with a voice recorded overlay and not an automated voice as I find the very off putting.Otherwise a good CPD course refresher for the price.”

“The training materials for Paediatric First Aid were thorough and I soon learned how to turn off the digital voice to help me read them as her intonation was annoying - as were the typos and inaccurate grammar. (how seriously can you take the message to "Call Nine hundred and ninety nine"?) It must be difficult designing an online quiz to test all that knowledge but after a couple of units it became clearly a case of Name that mnemonic - what is the A in CLAP etc. Fast forward 3 hours and the hardest part was requesting a certificate without additional payment.”

“Absolutely brilliant couldn’t fault it best first aid course I have done online. Can pause if needed and do the course in your own time and they are very supportive. 100 percent worth the money.”
