“Today I decided to use the chatbox on the Training Express website. It was great to be connected to a human being and not a bot! I was connected to an exceptionally efficient person called Nick Harrison and although I had a few things to sort out with my account and lots of questions, nothing phased this person in assisting me to resolve all my queries. He not only managed to transfer my information from one account to another (old one was a work email i no longer use) very quickly. He corrected it all within minutes and he also managed to resolve a mistake I had made re my certificate, as well as send me helpful links to assist further. He was friendly and very diligent. I feel he is an asset to his company. Thanks again Nick for your help and assistsnce. Mags :-)”
