Disappointing course, no practical examples, no pictures to show you different components or how to assemble/fix certain issues. Its a complete waste of money. Not recommended at all, and I wonder how other students can recommend such a poor course. Defintely I did not learn anything from this course.

Regardless of being assured 2 times that the query about the course I have paid for will be dealt with as a matter of urgency I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me over a week and a half later.

Very disappointed in this course. It will be okay I guess for awareness raising but no use for skills transfer, nor for proper supervisory roles. I will have to spend even more time after this studying the FSA pdfs to achieve what I wanted from this event. Also TE refused to provide any training materials, other than this online slide deck, citing copyright (of material they've got from FSA!) when I'd assume they'd want to support the public interest in students of this being as upskilled as possible. On details, the photos waste a lot of slide space that could be used fopr example to show relevant SFBB or FSMS extracts. And the voiceover could have been much more helpful if done by a human.

I completed the Pest Control course feeling disappointed. I did it to find out about pest control in kitchens. The first module was relevant to that topic but the key message was "get a professional in". (There is more helpful material on web sites selling rodent poisons.) Two other modules focused on pests in a kitchen garden. The fourth module focused on PPE but was hardly applicable for the types of pest control measures one is likely to take. Fortunately I used an offer which at least reduced the cost to something approaching value for money. A glitch with the web site was quicky resolved by the company.

No videos to show recovery position, CPR or bandage making ... just mono tone voice reading off the screen .... no mix up of interaction ... was very boring ☹️

Hidden costs for certificates, other than a basic one. Which you have to type yourself. Read by a computer voice, which does not read some words or numbers correctly

All of our certification costs are mentioned on each of our course pages "Once you’ve successfully completed your course, you will immediately be sent a digital certificate. Also, you can have your printed certificate delivered by post (shipping cost £3.99)". There is no other hidden cost. And the voiceover issue will be fixed soon. Have a great day.

I’m still waiting for a reply about a previous course where there was a mix up and instead of being put on a first aid course which I applied for I was put on a food hygiene course.
