“As of the Manual Handling Regulation Act 1992 I had to train my employees and I took this course for the manual handlers. They said the course is very easy to follow and informative. I would recommend this course for all the manual handlers as a primary training program.”

“Honestly, I would rather take a self-paced online first aid course which I can go through again and again at my own pace. I took lessons in an academic setting but I can hardly recall anything as I am out of practice for a while. Definitely recommend Training Express.”
