“Really happy with the product itself well made, looks the part. Because it's so heavy being solid oak it was tricky to mount and the fixings supplied don't look that substantial, but time will tell. Fully recommend this company and the product. Thanks .”

As a guide 2 fixings have the potential to hold up to 35kg of weight including the weight of your beam - your beam has 3 fixings and weighs approx 21kg, they have been tried and tested by thousands of customers to put your mind at ease :)

“Lovely shelf! I have only good words for this company. The website was very user friendly and offered a wide range of quality items to choose from. My shelf was delivered efficiently and according to the time scale quoted. The person who fitted it for me said the fixings and instructions were excellent and finally the shelf looks lovely in my hall. I am delighted with it thank you.”

“We were initially dubious when our beam arrived and we felt the weight of the wood...we thought it was going to be much too heavy for a plasterboard wall and we were nervous the whole wall would fall down! But...it didn't! It looks amazing and is such good quality. Couldn't be happier with the finished look. Thanks Traditional Beams 😀”

“Ordered a large shelf to hold my soundbar after mounting the TV on the wall. Perfect size for this to do this and the brackets supplied to fix on to a plasterboard were perfect. The shelf is brilliant quality, love to look and will be ordering more ro compliment picture shelfs. All in all very impressed. Thank you.”
