“Thank You for Excellent Service I wanted to take a moment to express my satisfaction with the outstanding customer service I received. From the outset, the team were friendly and professional. Although I initially ordered the mantle beam without being completely sure of what I wanted, I appreciated Carly’s proactive email checking in on my choice. She pointed out that the particular mantle beam I had ordered might not be the best option if I intended to place items on top of it, such as candles. I truly valued her guidance, as I wanted to ensure I could decorate the mantle as intended. After taking a couple of weeks to decide, Carly kindly sent me photos of different colours, demonstrating remarkable patience and helpfulness throughout the process. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience. I am now looking to order some floating shelves in the same colour as the mantle beam. Thank you once again! Best regards, Patricia ---”

“We don’t usually leave reviews but we wanted to make sure we did for Traditional Beams. The buying experience online was great and after reading their fantastic reviews on Trust Pilot we decided to purchase our beam from Traditional Beams. After buying the beam we were kept updated throughout the whole process from manufacturing to delivering our item. We were both completely over the moon with what we received. The colour was exactly what we wanted and the beam has lots of ‘personality’ which is equally what we wanted. We have had so many comments from friends and family as to how good it looks. Thank you for providing such a quality product, we our renovating our property and have been let down so many times by suppliers and/or quality of things we have purchased - this was not the case with our new beam. Thank you!”

“The most beautiful classic traditional beam I have ever seen, I am absolutely over the moon, after searching for so long to find something of this high quality. The quality and detail is outstanding! The service was hassle free, From ordering to delivery was 2 weeks, the beam was packaged and protected so well for delivery. 100% recommend this fabulous company.”
