“The oak beam I purchased was great quality, finished to a high standard and value for money. Although it was completely my fault, when I found it too large/heavy for my purpose Traditional Beams could not have been more helpful in arranging a refund/exchange. The replacement was perfect.”

“This is our second purchase and we have been thrilled with both. The shelves are top quality and the fittings/instructions (for both solid and pasterboard walls) are excellent. We asked that two of the shelves be cut to a custom length and that was done with no trouble at all. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for!”

“A quality item. Natural wood made to look its best. We ordered an oak black stained pelmet for our kitchen window and it arrived damaged in transit. Not the suppliers fault. But they not only provided a solution we were happy with but provided a refund as well. We then set about repairing the transit damage, scratched that needed sanding out, intending to reapply the stain and wax Traditional Beams sent to assist the repair. However once we had sanded the beam it revealed it’s lovely grain, enhanced by the black that was beyond a light sanding and we decided to use some natural beeswax we already had to keep the natural grain visible. Overall a good experience with a company that is professional in situations like this.”
