“We recently purchased a beam for our fireplace from traditional beams and I could not be more pleased with the quality. “Excellent customer service and a really great product. We needed our beam to be delivered to meet our installer's timescales, and despite a busy period, Traditional Beams delivered when we needed. They were always available on the 'phone and email to answer any queries. The beam looks fantastic. A beautiful piece of wood very well finished.”

“Brilliant service. I ordered a beam that did not come with fittings, my error. However, when I rang up to arrange for the fittings to be delivered they were so helpful and the fittings arrived by courier next day, and I live in a remote part of Wales. S Roberts”
