“I’ve used T&C law before, so when I needed a range of legal services doing at short notice, with my mum being very ill, they were my first point of contact. Liaising through James Scotney, one of the directors, and working with Evonne, their office manager, I was able to get a new will drawn up, a Declaration of Trust created and submitted for my mum’s house, and LPAs expedited due to my mum’s condition, all in under a week. Whilst I was busy taking care of my mum, they took all the stress out of dealing with a range of legal services that were all urgent to be completed and definitely out of my comfort zone. Thank you again for your kindness, compassion, and help at what was an extremely difficult time for me. I would definitely recommend their services to others who are finding the legal elements related to an elderly family member a little overwhelming. With my mum recently passing, I will no doubt use T&C Law for her probate, plus my own legal requirements (will and trust), in the coming months. Thanks again.”
