“a good service from start to finish, Simon came first, spent a considerable amount of time telling us how it would all work etc and where it would go for our best advantage, then lots contact via phone and email till installation day. The 2 fitters, Jack and Matt, came on time and did a great job, explaining what they were doing as they went. Even the hiccup at the end where it wouldn't connect to our wifi was dealt with quickly by them and David. Simon and David have both been in touch since installation to check everything is ok, and all paperwork etc has been sent to us for warranty etc. A good job all round”

“Installation of PV Panels and Battery. From initial contact, survey (actually turning up and on time, unlike others) and then installing, has all been dealt with in a professional manner. Simon answered all my questions and concerns, never felt pressured into making a decision (unlike other companies). Installation by Matt and Jack, cannot fault - these 2 guys worked so hard, explained everything, overcome any issues and planned for any future expansion. Would recommend using TCL Solar.”

“An honest and up front Company that clearly have a passion for what they do. Both Simon and David provided great communication throughout and most imprtantly a fair price. They have a great setup with their installer and scaffold supplier who turned up when they said and did what they said and were both very professional. If you're thinking of getting solar, I highly recommend TCL Solar.”

“Absolutely stellar service from start to finish! The sales process was seamless, the advice spot-on, the pricing unbeatable, and the installation flawless. Simon, David, the scaffolders, and the installers all delivered excellence at every turn. They were considerate, communicative, and made sure I was completely satisfied throughout the installation. They even followed up the next day to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommended!”

“After reading the great reviews and the 1st chat with Simon , excellent information and advice , I knew what to expect on the day they fitted , very respectful and friendly putting me completely at ease . Following instillation , David s phone call s making sure everything is ok and knowing I can phone anytime it’s needed . I’m very happy and would recommend this company for solar panels”

“We will have no hesitation in recommending TCL Solar. Simon and David offered an excellent friendly service throughout, no 'pushy' sales with this family run company, just straightforward knowledgeable sound advice, clear explanations and a personal visit to survey and confirm installation. Supplied a very competetive quote with detailed specification on the same day. On the day of the installation the team were prompt, polite and friendly, and fitted all the equipment to a high standard. The after sales service provided by Simon and David has been excellent, we would highly recommend TCL Solar.”

“After carrying out my own research I opted for GivEnergy solar equipment as they work in conjunction with Octopus intelligent tariffs. TCL Solar are an accredited installer so I invited them to quote, together with a national company. I chose TCL Solar for a number of reasons, they are a local family business, I felt the aftercare would be better handled if ever required and their positive online reviews. TCL installed my system last month, from initial survey by Simon to the installation the whole process has been flawless. Highly recommend TCL to anyone considering solar.”

“I was contacted by three different solar companies after filling in an online enquiry form. I discounted one due to their pushy nature over the phone. I received a home survey from TCL and a national company. I chose to go with TCL Solar due to their transparent pricing, honest approach, and online reviews. We now have a solar and battery system that is performing extremely well. Thank you to David & Simon and Matt & Jack who carried out the installation.”

“From initial enquiry to completion Simon and David (and the installation team) were just first class! System was explained in a way we could understand with no obligation to buy.We had four companies wanting our business and TCL Solar we're head and shoulders above the rest! System was fitted in a day No mess. If you are going down the solar route look no further than TCL. Thanks guys”

“TCL installed a solar and battery system for us in 2021 which we are very happy with. The team have just come back to install an EV charger and upgrade my old consumer unit. As before the standard of workmanship from the installers has been excellent. Thank you again..”

“Every part of the process has been easy and efficient, from getting the quote from Simon and David to getting the installation completed Simon and David have guided and advised me on every part of system and explained all parts in detail to ensure i was making the right decision. They have never been pushy towards any particular product like multiple other companies have tried. Installation day the team worked until late to complete the installation of Solar, Battery, Inverter and EV charger. I did experience some issues with the comissioning of the battery and inverter but the team worked over the weekend to ensure that everything was corrected asap and even kept me updated at every part. TCL solar have continued to offer me answers to questions i have about my system and have even offered to assist friends and family who are the other side of the country with advise on quotations they have recieved from companies in thier areas. This service has really been 5 stars from start to finish. I will be recommending them to everyone who asks me about my system. I will also be using them again if i ever upgrade my system or move.”

“We fullly reccomend TCL to anyone thinking of getting a solar system. Our experience from initial contact has been very professional. Simon carried out the home survey without the usual sales pitch, very honest and straightforward. the installation team of Matt, Jack and Nathan were extremely polite and tidy, and kept us informed througout the day. Matt gave us a full handover afterwards showing us how everything works. David followed this up with supplying all the relevant paperwork the following day, this also included help with the SEG application. Thank you again David & June.”

“It would be hard to find a better package than TCL Solar and their installation team - the service was fantastic from the first contact to the end of installation. Simon and David were so friendly and helpful and understanding of any of our concerns. The price offered was very competitive and we felt the system was perfect for our needs. The 3 guys on the installation team were so hard working, friendly and always kept the area clean and tidy. They had to come into the house on quite a few occasions but were never intrusive. I am not a great one for writing reviews but had read their existing reviews and can honestly say they are true, I recommend them completely, you will not be disappointed.”
