“Wrong size sent ordered online the 200ml size and received a smaller 60ml. The price was for the 200ml ordered online. When I called customer service I was told I ordered the 60ml at the 200ml price. I said to the customer service representative then maybe I should contact Trading Standards as they are advertising on online 200ml and sending 60ml. He replied that the website had 60ml. I said no it doesn't. He then said I should contact them by phone in the future to get the right item at the right price. I said that I wanted the right size as I paid for it. He replied that I needed to pay for the 200ml and for me to return the 60ml. I paid for the 200ml. I checked the website after and it stated 200ml not 60ml. Also by ordering by phone the price was about £5 cheaper than ordering online. Tower Health needs to get their pricing and size structure the same whether online or by phone otherwise Trading Standards may get involved . This is the first time I have ever complained about any of Tower Health products which I have always found be excellent quality products at a fair price.”
