“Ordered 2 items online. Only 1 arrived despite 2 being clearly marked on order and invoice. Obviously no quality checks in place or attention to detail. Help line very friendly but couldn't do anything except take a message to pass on. Now 3 weeks on and still no replacement item or follow up from "customer services" - what a joke.”

“I have one criticism of the website it woud be it is quite difficult to navigate and the information is in very pale type. The VAT box was already ticked when I started and it was not until the end realised I would not be entitled to VAT free - so the process began again. The parcel was delivered by Hermes between the times indicated on the email.”

“I purchased the pain gone pen from Tower Health because my husband was suffering from painful elbows and nothing seemed to help reduce the pain. Within 2 days of using the pen - his pain has gone and as you can imagine he a much happier person. I have used the pen to alleviate a stiff neck and it has worked a dream where other treatments hadn't - great range of product in their catalogue and delivery was received within the promised 48 hours”

“This is the way to go to avoid antidepressants and get quicker, safer and long-lasting results. I have been at rock, rock bottom, trying everything from meds to therapists for years and this is the therapy that I needed to see the light. It sounds too good to be true because we don’t hear about it, I was skeptical at first of course. But I have done my research and I have been using it for 3 months and I’m proof that the Alpha-Stim is life changing. I feel more levelled, content and I don’t have many symptoms anymore. Our brain is mostly electricity! Avoid SSRIs if possible please or get support during taking them if not possible. Thank you!”
