“Courier service from yodel was a disgrace, still haven't received my original order or any feedback from them despite 3 seperate complaints after being told it had been delivered and signed for. Contacted Tower heath about it after a week to see if they could approach yodel as they wouldnt communicate with me and even though the fault was not with them as they'd clearly dispatched my order the same day I placed it they sent out the order again which arrived the following day.”

“These sunglasses were just what I needed. A little tight to get on, but at least they stay put and don't fall off, which was a problem I had with others. Was surprised that were mottled, in the frame, but a nice surprise.”

“Order disappeared in transit. ( 27/04/18 ) I rang; helpful and courteous response : 04/05/18. Order re-sent. Rang again : 08/05/18. Item arrived 09/05/18. Very disappointed about the length of time it took to receive the item, as it was urgently required. No complaints about staff response.”

“Some time ago I bought a back brace but I can’t wear it as it is SO uncomfortable now I have put it away unworn. The same with a copper thread back support it also is VERY uncomfortable. The ankle supports are fine, they help the arthritis in my feet.”
