“Called a plumber to replace some parts in a kitchen tap which I had purchased from the manufacturer. After 45 minutes the plumber was unable to remove the tap cover after trying with a screwdriver, a Stanley knife and various other sharp implements. He drilled a few holes in the back of the tap confirming that this would work - it didn't. He suggested I use a hair dryer to heat the tap in order to expand it. I don't have a hair dryer. He left without doing anything except leaving the tap in a worse condition than when he arrived. I wasn't impressed with his knowledge and would not use nor recommend this company. I've now had to employ another plumber to completely replace the tap.”

“We booked a visit in our office to have 16 of air cons and 2 water filters checked. Next day after the contractor's visit 2 of our air cons were faulty but no report was left or written describing a fault had been found. Had to ring them just to hear that one of the air con filter had to be replaced and we had to pay for the part and for the service. The other air con, we were told, when I rang them that was too old and needed to be replaced by a new one. Toropro gave me a quote of over £4,000,00 for the unit! The water filters have not been cleaned or serviced and when I queried why we had been charged for something we didn't get I heard that the contractor did clean the filter and that ALSO needs replacing. I should take a picture of the filter and Toropro would give me an estimate for the filter and for the service. Very poor service and customer service. Stay far from them. Adriana - WEBDMUK”
